Absolutely. Every Eaton Mercer watch is conceived, designed and produced exclusively under our own brand, from the dial to the case. We do not resell or distribute any third party brand. What you receive is a timepiece that exists nowhere else, built from our own vision, for men who refuse to wear what everyone else is wearing.

Yes, completely. Our store runs on Shopify Payments with full PCI DSS Level 1 compliance, the highest security standard in the industry. Your card details are never stored on our servers and every transaction is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, the same technology used by major banks. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and standard delivery takes 5 to 8 business days across the US. Due to the high demand for our designs, some orders may occasionally take a little longer to fulfill, but we always work to get your watch to you as fast as possible and always within the stated timeframe. The moment your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

We stand behind every watch we make. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order. Items must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging included. Simply reach out to us at support@eatonmercer.com and our team will take care of everything. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the return.
